The Haunted Theatre was going to be the central theme for a Halloween popup store. I designed faux movie posters and newspaper ads utilizing the client's product photography. Some guerilla marketing options were floated around, a VHS trade flyer that would simply direct to an eerie voicemail message, and a Swap Meet poster for faux movie memorabilia. I created creepy wallpaper patterns to coat the store with. As the project continued I kept adding more ridiculous stuff, like custom popcorn bags and movie tickets with weird fortunes/warnings on the back. I designed a ticket kiosk to house one of our few animatronic displays. And then the client changed their mind on the direction, again.
